SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FREE SHIPPING to EUROPE in all orders over 35 EUR. Under 35 EUR the shipping cost is 3,5 EUR.
ORDER DISPATCHOrders are only considered valid after the customer receives a confirmation email.
Shipments take 3 to 5 business days (plus transportation time). In case the registered mail is lost, VIART will refund you for the total amount of your order.
If your order is not delivered to you in hand by the postman, the customer is responsible for timely raising it in the local post. If the order is sent back to VIART, the delivery address is incorrect or not accessible, the customer will be responsible for the payment of the new shipping charges. We advise customers, upon receiving the order, to open the parcel and check that the product is in accordance with what was requested and free from external defects. If the product is different from that ordered or has visible defects, we recommend that the customer does not accept the delivery.
