EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In case we have sent you a wall sticker that has manufacturing defects or have been sent in error or not in conformity to the original request, contact us immediately through our Customer Service in which case your wall sticker will be replaced with no extra charge. VIART offers a 14-day period to return or exchange any of its products provided that:
Within 14 days you send us a message through our Customer Service stating the reason for exchange or refund and also the invoice number of the package. We will only accept items that are still in their original packaging, with all the elements and in perfect condition. Transportation costs relating to exchange or return are your responsibility. We recommend that you send it via registered mail since VIART is not responsible for any misplacement of goods.
After verifying the conditions of the package, the refund will be made within 30 days of reception of the returned order, via the same payment method used at time of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products manufactured, purchased or configured according to your specifications.

ORDER CANCELATION
In order to cancel your order, please contact VIART through our Customer Service. Cancellations are accepted till the moment we inform you that the shipping of your wall sticker has occurred.
