So the Customer should regularly consult these, since regular use of this site implies acceptance without reservation of the changes made to them. 1.3 The content provided through links from this site are exclusive property and responsibility of the respective owners, so ViArt accepts no responsibility for the content. 1.4 ViArt makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on its website is free of typos or other, and whenever this happens, ViArt as soon as possible ensures its accuracy. 1.5 The measures and compositions described in this website may suffer some variation. 1.6 The photographs displayed on this site may not match the settings described. The color reproduction of articles is the closest to reality. 1.7 The prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. 1.8 Despite all efforts from ViArt, some products may be incorrectly priced, so ViART checks the prices before processing the orders. If the price of the product is not correct, ViArt will inform the Customer by email and await the decision of the CLIENT to accept or cancel the order. 1.9 All prices quoted are in Euros and include VAT at the statutory rate applicable in Portugal. 1.10  If the CUSTOMER purchases include products with different availability dates of delivery, the Customer will be informed of this and will be able to choose to receive the products in a single delivery or multiple deliveries. 1.11 The CLIENT confirms , at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale set forth on the screen (name, price, ingredients, weight, quantity, color, product specifications, etc..) and expressly accept them without reserve. 1:12 When the CLIENT visits the site www.viart.pt or send emails, is communicating with us electronically. The CLIENT consent to receive electronic communications from ViArt by email or through news posted on this website. 1.13 The maximum number of products accepted per each order is ten units.

2 - LIABILITY

2.1 The ViArt is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by the CLIENT’s use of the Internet network, such as disruption of service, external intrusion, anomaly caused by computer viruses or any other cause. 2.2 CLIENT is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account and password and for restricting access to its computer. It’s responsible for all activities that occur with the account or password. 2.3 If under 18, you may only use ViArt with the involvement of at least one of the parents or guardian. 2.4 ViArt reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.
