They are made of adhesive vinyl manufactured by Hexis, Avery, LG and Oracal.

On what surface should I apply my wall sticker?

Any flat, smooth surface is ideal for your wall sticker. Wall, ceiling, doors, tiles, windows, kitchen appliances, computers, bathrooms are just some of the examples.

How long will the wall sticker last on my wall?

The vinyl manufacturer guarantees against natural damage for 5 years. However if it’s not exposed to direct light and rain it will last longer.

Is the wall sticker going to damage my wall?

The wall sticker will not cause any natural damage to your wall.

Can I clean my wall sticker?

You can easily clean it by using a damp cloth.

What is the delivery time for my order?

As soon as the payment is confirmed, Viart will start production and send you the order in 3 to 5 days (plus transportation time).

How much will I pay for the shipping?

FREE SHIPPING to EUROPE in all orders over 35 EUR. Under 35 EUR shipping is 3,5 EUR.

How do I pay for my order?

You can choose to pay by PayPal/credit or bank transfer. ATM and Cash on Delivery are only available in Portugal. Cash on Delivery has an additional cost of 2.9 euros. These options will be available when you are finishing your order.

My wall sticker is faulty, what should I do?

In case we have sent you a faulty wall sticker contact ViART immediately through our Customer Service.

I am bored of my wall sticker. How can I remove it?

Removing your wall sticker is easy. Take the edge and slowly pull you wall sticker form the wall, the same way you would do with a sticker. If the glue is still strong use a hairdryer and slightly heat your wall sticker

Can I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order, please contact ViART through our Customer Service. Cancellations are accepted till the moment we inform you that the shipping of your wall sticker has occurred.

Can you refund my purchase?

In case you are not delighted with your purchase you can return your wall sticker by post provided that the product is in excellent condition. Contact ViART through our Customer Service within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. We guarantee to refund your money deducting the cost of shipping. You are responsible for the return postage cost.
